Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed the shipping will be carried out to the address given by the customer.
Periods of delivery are nonbinding, unless otherwise expressed.
Shipping rates:
Italy: 10 € (free shipping over 300 €)
Europe: 20 €
America: 35 €
Asia and Middle East: 40 €
Rest of world: 50 €

We use DHL (except for a few destinations) for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO / FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

SHIPMENTS TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once at shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

The terms and conditions of DHL will apply further and can be called under www.dhl.com. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. .

If the customer has special requests for the type of shipment, eg. express shipment, the additional costs will be charged. The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are transferred to a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave the warehouse of GIUSEPPE BUCCINNÀ.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN EUROPE
Delivery in 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Delivery in 3-4 working days after your order has been accepted.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with our products. If you have any reason to be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange them – according to availability – within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. Please contact us at sales@giuseppebuccinna.eu and we will send you the return requirements. Kindly note that we do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.
